About Us

Maintenance Partnership Systems (MPS) specialises in creating innovative solutions that reduce overall costs and improve business process efficiency for maintenance and supply-chain teams responsible for asset intensive sites. We achieve this by leveraging the untapped value in externally sourced technical content to improve the accuracy, reliability and accessibility of ERP Master Data. Key Master Data includes equipment hierarchy, equipment configuration, bills of material, maintenance parts lists and catalogued spares.

Our solutions are delivered as discrete, service-based components that are typically software independent and always intended to support the installed system of record.

We engage with our customers in several ways: working on projects directly with customers, or in partnership with full-service consulting and systems integration companies.

Our Vision

The founders of MPS have played a leading role in the transition of technical content from paper and microfiche to web-based online catalogs for top global companies – but we believe this is only the beginning of what is possible. We envisage the evolution of technical content into a dynamic knowledge base where externally created technical information reflects current operating configuration, contextually available to specific assets within the ERP system. Where technical content can be created and maintained at source while providing a secure foundation of accurate and up-to-date Master Data to support efficient and reliable transactions and decision support information without the cost and overhead of data re-keying.

This vision will not be realised overnight, but MPS solutions are designed to deliver the benefits today while also facilitating continuous process improvements leading towards a dynamic Information Value Chain.
